“...it looks nice, all the furniture in here, but it was a little bit of a surprise to have it sprung on, midway through the year, when everybody knows where they’re sitting already” Jane Desmond ‘22 said.
“...I was really stressed out right before we got them, but now that I have them it has let me focus on something else other than school,” said Ali Ianieri ‘22, the owner of two kittens.
“Giving back to the community and taking care of the Earth is an incredibly important part of the Mount’s mission statement. Since I am passionate about helping to save the environment, this experience made me feel amazing,” said Olivia Forti ‘22.
“It’s unprecedented. A cold stun like this could have the potential to wipe out decades of hard work, and we’re going through it with no power and unique, more catastrophic challenges to our efforts,” said Wendy Knight, the executive director of Sea Turtle, Inc.
“I am very excited because I feel like she may take a different approach on a few of the songs and make them more about who she is now, rather than who she was back then,” said Brianna Reis ‘21.
