Thinking about what you want for Christmas? Well, you have come to the right place. With the Christmas season approaching, here are some ideas of what Mounties want.
1. Tasman Uggs
Tasman Uggs have become really popular in the past few years, and are something Mounties are asking for. They are mildly expensive at the price of $110, but the quality of the shoes make up for the price.
When asking Mare Rambo ‘26 what she would like for Christmas, she expressed, “I really want new shoes, cause all of mine are disgusting. I would really like Tasman Uggs though.”
2. Converse
Converses are another great option for shoes. They are on the more affordable side at the price of $65. Most people who have these shoes have had them for many years.
Cecilia Albertelli ‘27 was asked what kind of shoes she wanted for Christmas, her response was, “I would like a new pair of converse shoes, preferably the blue ones, because I have a black pair and love them.”
3. Adidas Gazelles
If you are looking for more of a nicer sneaker, then the Adidas Gazelles are the way to go.These have started to become more popular. The price of these sneakers is $75. Multiple students said that they would like to get these under their tree this year.
4. Lululemon Scuba
Moving onto some clothing options. A popular gift idea is a scuba from lululemon. They are on the pricier side at $118.
Eleanor Brokenshire ‘27 explained that, “it would be really good for the cold weather, and it would look really cute.”
5. Garage
In the past few years, garage has become a store that many teens shop at. Garage has a ton of good basics that many girls love. They became really big for their cargo pants in recent years.
Jessica Staas ’25 explained that for Christmas “I would like any clothing from garage because I’m going off to college soon and I would love some more basics for school.”
6.Digital Camera
Recently, taking pictures on a digital camera has become a big thing. Many students might already have a digital camera like this, or something similar. Depending on which camera you are looking at, the prices will vary, the camera that is linked is around $54.
Michaela Ianieri ‘26 explained why Christmas is the perfect time to ask for a digital camera saying, “I’ve never had the chance to ask, and I feel as though Christmas is the perfect time to ask for a camera.”
7. Heated Blanket
With the snow hopefully coming soon, everyone could have a heated blanket. For all the cold nights or if your house is cold, a heated blanket will be perfect. A heated blanket would be a great gift and it is pretty reasonably priced at $60.
Olivia Courchain ‘26 explained,“I want a heated blanket because my room gets so cold at night, if I had a heated blanket I wouldn’t have that issue anymore.”
8. Luxury Bags: Louis Vuitton Bag vs. Amazon version:
A pricier option that Mounties were saying was a Louis Vuitton Bag or Prada Bags. Some Mounties explained their love for Louis Vuitton Bags. They are on the pricier side at $1,850. There is an alternate version of the Louis Bag, it looks very similar but it is around $36 and it comes with a wallet.
Chloe Wilson ‘27 expressed that Prada bags were “very cutesy and demure”.
Prada Bags are also gorgeous bags to receive as a gift, but again they are a bit pricey at $2,850. A good alternative would be from amazon and it is around $25. There are some differences between the bags, but if you can’t spend all that money on a bag, this is a good option.
