Stuck inside during snow days, you might be searching for new recipes to whip up. What’s a better way to relax and stay cozy than baking? Eating chocolate chip cookies, while wrapped in a fuzzy blanket, watching the snow fall…I can see it already. This winter, you can bake to impress your guests, or even just your mom and dad, with these delicious, mouth-watering recipes!

Brown Butter Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

An elevated spin on the classic, these brown butter toffee chocolate chip cookies are heavenly. They even sound incredible. The flavor of the brown butter swirled with the saltiness of the toffee, all combined with gooey chocolate chips make for the perfect bite. My mouth is watering already. Grab a glass of cold milk and enjoy these delicious cookies!

Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls. There’s not much about them that you probably do not already know. They are soft, fluffy, and their aroma lingers for hours in the kitchen, making it smell like you just walked into the Barefoot Contessa’s house in the Hamptons. All in all, cinnamon rolls are a classic that are fit for any occasion, especially your snowed in morning breakfast with a steaming cup of Swiss Miss hot chocolate. This recipe is absolutely delicious–your family will think you brought home a box from Cinnabon. It is not too difficult to follow, and they are so much fun to make!

Sugar Cookies

Finally, a plate of pristine white sugar cookies is a classic. Like myself, you might be tempted to buy a box of the Pillsbury sugar cookies…you know, the ones with the reindeer and snowmen printed on them, because let’s face it, those are amazing in every way. However, we can save those for another time and make our own! This recipe is fairly simple, and chances are you already have the ingredients in your pantry. If you are feeling generous, you can even pack them up in little cookie tins to share with your loved ones, and I am certain that they will not be disappointed!
