Frequently seen running through the halls with her lacrosse bag and uniform in hand, Charlotte Cole is always rushing to get changed between classes before she leaves for the Education Service Team ahead of her big game.
Known for balancing strong academics, athletic commitments and involvement in the Education Service Team while still making time for friends and family, Charlotte is a model of discipline and time management.
As a member of Mount’s varsity lacrosse team, she brings determination, teamwork, and leadership to the field. But balancing schoolwork and sports is not always easy. Long days can turn into late nights, and the pressure to perform in both areas can be overwhelming at times. Still, Charlotte continues to push through, relying on discipline and time management to stay on track.

Cole said, “Trying to juggle all of my extracurricular activities can be tough, especially when it’s easy to get overwhelmed, but the constant support from my friends and family makes it easier to break that cycle.”
On a typical weekday, she moves quickly from one responsibility to the next, finishing homework after a long school day, heading to lacrosse practice, and still finding time to plan service events for younger students.
For Cole, “balancing everything isn’t just a goal, it’s a daily routine.”
Rather than simply trying to keep up, Charlotte has learned how to stay ahead.
“I try to plan accordingly for the week so I know what’s coming up on my schedule. Even though I am super busy, it keeps me motivated,” she explains.
Her ability to stay organized allows her to manage the demands of strong academics, varsity athletics, and leadership roles without falling behind.
In addition to athletics and academics, Charlotte is also a dedicated leader of the school’s Education Service Team.
In this role, she helps organize service opportunities that support younger students and promote the value of education within the community. Through her leadership, Charlotte encourages other students to get involved and give back, showing that learning and service go hand in hand.
Her commitment doesn’t go unnoticed by those closest to her. Her twin brother, Garret Cole ’27, whom she shares a special bond with, admires the effort she puts into everything she does.

“My sister is a really hard worker and my best friend who I can always count on,” he said..
Despite attending different schools, the two continue to support each other while managing their own busy schedules.
Whether she is on the lacrosse field, leading a service initiative, or keeping up with a demanding academic schedule, Charlotte continues to demonstrate dedication, leadership, and positivity.
Her ability to stay organized and motivated allows her to make a meaningful impact both in and outside the classroom, and she hopes to continue using her leadership skills to inspire others throughout the rest of her high school career.
