Senior Calleigh Christensen talks about her dog Snoopy in this edition of Hallway Tails.

What’s your pet’s name? 

My dog’s name is Snoopy.

Why did you choose this name?

When we got him as a baby he was only 8 weeks old and he had a red collar on. He also had black spots all over so he looked exactly like Snoopy.

How old is Snoopy?

He is about to be 9 months old.

How much does he weigh?

Right now he weighs around 155 lbs but he will probably weigh 185lbs when he is fully grown. His dad weighed 250lb but we don’t expect him to get that big.

Where did you get him from?

We got him from a breeder called Davis Danes in North Carolina.

What breed is Snoopy?

He is a pure bred Great Dane.

What was the first time you met Snoopy like?

He was really excited and he was flipping in the grass. He was so tiny and we thought he was much bigger than he actually was.

What’s a typical day with Snoopy?

He wakes up in my moms room around 6 am, he gosh downstairs and goes potty, then he does school, then they go back upstairs to rest their bellies til 8. Then they get up and play outside all day.

What’s the funniest thing Snoopy has ever done?

Once he rolled around in the dirt for so long his fur all turned black.

Snoopy is a model, he has a modeling instagram, and he is the mascot for the North Wales Chick-Fil-a!!!
